With a brief to optimise the site capacity in terms of market residential property HFBT has developed a proposal for the creation of a mixed-use development consisting of market and affordable housing and commercial uses, with car parking and a new canal access. There will be 138 dwellings of which 97 will be on sale on the open market and 41 will be for social rent or intermediate tenure. The nett internal area is 99,000 sq ft of residential and 10,000 sq ft of commercial space.
